All dogs are required to have an updated vaccine to be groomed by Alexis.

Drop-Off: I ask that you are on time for you appointments. I understand things come up and I try to be understanding unless it becomes a repetitive problem. If you are running behind, text Alexis to let her know. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. 

Pickup: Alexis typically spends anywhere from 1-4 hours to complete grooming services. I ask that that your pets are picked up within 15 minutes of the groom completion. Alexis will provide at the start of each groom the estimated time to complete the grooming experience with a pickup time. Dogs that are left for longer than 15 minutes additional will incur a charge of $5 per every 15 minutes extra. My other client's and their fur babies are expecting an uninterrupted, calm environment during their grooming experience and if I need to place your dog in a grooming kennel, that will interrupt the experience for my next dogs to come. Pickup no later than 5pm.

Dog owners MUST inform Alexis at Lexi's Dog Grooming if their dog bites, has bitten, is aggressive, unpredictable, and/or has any other behavioral issues. If the owner of the dog fails to notify Alexis of any potential danger or behavioral issues, you will be held liable for all medical fees and any and all property damage. At Lexi's Dog Grooming, Alexis reserves the right to decline grooming services if dangerous behaviors presents at ANY time during grooming and Alexis can't safely continue services. Alexis will make every attempt to groom uncooperative dogs and reserve the right to muzzle for their safety and mine. Some dogs do not respond well to muzzles and can cause further stress, in those instances, Alexis will terminate the groom.
