Then moves to text message one week from appointment to finalize details and will provide address at that time. Alexis uses her personal cell phone number and will provide once an appointment has been verified through email.

Once you arrive, Alexis will meet you outside at your vehicle, ask you to complete the "New Pet Intake Forms" and will ask specific details of what grooming preferences you'd like for your fur baby. Alexis always will provide a timeframe when you can expect the grooming process to be completed and will send out a text message 15 minutes prior to the grooming session completion for pick up. Payment is expected at the time of service through Venmo or Cash only.
